What is the start smart class?
Start smart is a program where law enforcement teaches a class that informs kids and their guardians about the responsibilities that come with teen driving. RHS students are required to take this class to acquire a RHS Parking Permit. You can attend this class even without a driver's license and only need to take it once. A parent/guardian must also sign up and attend the class with their teen.
